1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using Condense ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Service description
Condense is a SaaS platform that converts videos from social networks (X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn) into podcast audio files with automatic transcription, translation and summarization.
3. User account
To use Condense, you must:
- Create an account with a valid email address
- Be 18 years or older
- Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
- Agree to notify us immediately of unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Intellectual property rights
Your content: You retain all rights to the videos you submit. We use your content exclusively for the requested processing.
Our services: All code, algorithms, interfaces and content generated by Condense remain our intellectual property.
Authorized use: You agree to use Condense only for legitimate personal or business purposes. Misuse (scraping, excessive automation, resale) is prohibited.
5. Usage restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal, offensive or defamatory content
- Bypass our security or authentication systems
- Massively download or extract data from the Service
- Resell or share access to your account
- Use unauthorized bots or automation
- Post violent, hateful or abusive content
6. Pricing and payment
Pricing model: Condense offers a credit system based on video duration and source.
Billing: Payments are processed via Stripe. You agree to pay applicable fees for your plan.
Refunds: Credits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
Price changes: We may modify our pricing with 30 days notice.
7. Availability and interruptions
We strive to maintain 99.5% Service availability. However, we do not guarantee continuous availability. Maintenance or interruptions may occur.
We are not liable for damages caused by temporary Service interruption.
8. Limitation of liability
"As is" services: Condense is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties.
Limitation of damages: Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the past 12 months.
Exclusions: We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate your access for violation of these terms without prior refund.
Upon termination, your data will be deleted after 30 days, except where legally required otherwise.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law and EU regulations (GDPR). Disputes will be resolved in French courts.
12. Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. Important changes will be communicated by email with 30 days notice.

14. Severability clause
